MY ORDER

How do I place my order? 
Simply choose your style from the drop down menu on the product page then click the “Add To Cart” button and follow the simple steps to complete your order. 
We’ll prepare your order and let you know when it's on its way!

I’m so excited to receive my order! How do I check my order status?
Just enter your tracking number on the Track Order page to track your order status. You will be provided with a tracking number via email or text message as soon as your order is ready to ship. Please kindly bear in mind that the average manufacturing time is 5 business days.

I changed my mind, can I cancel or modify my order?
When you place an order, you have 24 hours to contact our customer service team and request a cancellation or modification.

To cancel an order, please provide all the details concerning the items you would like to to cancel as well as your order number.

To modify an order, please include your order number and details of what you would like to modify.

I placed my order, but I have not received my confirmation email yet.
First, please kindly double-check your spam folder and other email accounts.

When will my card be charged?
Because items are made to order you will be charged after your order has been successfully placed.

Your credit card information is only used to complete the requested transaction and is not subsequently stored.

SHIPPING & DELIVERY INFO

When can I expect to receive my package?
Every single item on Coastal Passion is custom printed especially for you. Prior to shipping, it will take us 5-8 business days to manufacture and print your item. We want to make sure your order is everything you hoped it would be!
Please note: Some of the items in our catalog are so popular that shipping times may be a few days longer than the estimates below. 

US Shipping Time Estimates:

USA-made home decor, apparel, jewelry and accessories: 5-8 Business Days
Imported home decor, apparel, jewelry and accessories: 2-3 Weeks

The above estimates are based on the average delivery times of the past month. We can not be held responsible for delays caused by the Postal Service or events which are beyond our control.We will surely do our best to help solve any issues by contacting our USPS reps.

How can I track my package?
A Tracking Number will be sent to you by email a 5-10 days after your order has been placed. You will be able to track your order Here. If you haven’t received your tracking number within the above time frame, please contact our help support team here and we’ll be happy to assist!

Please note: 
It may take up to 48 hours for your package to appear in the USPS's tracking system. 

Will I receive one package for all my ordered items?

Depending on the number of items you order, you may receive multiple shipments because our inventory is spread across different warehouses and we have several manufacturers and print providers located nationwide and abroad. You will be charged only one shipping fee.

I never received my package, what should I do?
If your item has not arrived within 30 days, contact one of our customer support staff through our Contact Us page and we will investigate the reason of the delay with the USPS. If your package has gone missing, we take full responsibility and will send you a replacement free of charge.

How much is shipping?

The shipping fee is usually stated on the product listing page and can vary. You can also check the accurate shipping rate by entering your delivery address on the checkout page and clicking on: 'Continue to shipping method'.
Shipping costs are then calculated and will be added to your subtotal at the bottom of the page.

RETURNS AND REFUNDS

I ordered the wrong size or color, what should I do?

For any changes within 24 hours after placing an order, go to the MY ORDER section above on this page for further details.

Because every single item on Coastal Passion is printed to order, we are unable to exchange your product. However, your satisfaction is our priority so we will do our best to find a solution that will make you happy! Please contact our customer service for assistance.

I’m not satisfied with the printing quality, what should I do?
All of our products are carefully inspected for quality but in the unfortunate case you receive a defective or misprinted item, we will send a replacement free of charge. Please kindly send us a photo of the defective item to support@coastalpassion.com so we can start processing your replacement order as soon as possible.

All returns or exchanges must be made within 20 days of receiving the e-mail confirming delivery. 

I received the wrong item, what should I do?
This rarely happens but if it does, please let us know and we will send you the correct item with priority. In this case, we would need you to kindly send us a photo of the wrong item you received.

CUSTOM DESIGNS

I have an incredible design, can I send it to you and have it printed on a product?
We’d love to see your awesome design and print it for you, no minimum quantity required!
Just send your picture or design to 
support@coastalpassion.com and we will get back to you with a mockup of how your custom product will appear. You can then decide whether to go ahead with your order or ask us for a revision.
